I'm a ceramic and textile artist based in East Machias offering visible mending services. I am happy to repair worn and damaged woven and knit fabric items, including clothing, linens, soft toys, and more. If you have something else in need of repair, let's talk! More unusual repair jobs have included recovering peeling pleather headphones, adapting a pair of winter gloves for specialized use, and creating replacement pieces for incomplete board games. I will work with you to assess creative mending possibilities and create a plan of action.

I do not offer tailoring or alterations at this time. No wedding dresses, leather, or fur. I am able to accept some quilt repair projects but am not a textile conservator; for fragile antiques I recommend seeking out a professional trained in preserving historical textiles.
